What if my pickup develops a fault after 12 months?

Faults that appear after the 12-month warranty period aren’t covered for free repair or replacement. However, in many cases we can repair or refurbish the pickup. Sometimes we can also provide advice or spare parts so you can carry out a simple repair yourself — this can be especially useful for customers overseas to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
