Shipping policy

Leviathan Instruments Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) ships worldwide from our fulfilment partners in the UK and USA.


Processing Times

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm UK time are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received later in the afternoon (up to 4 pm) may also ship the same day, depending on courier collection times.

  • Orders placed after this cutoff, or at weekends or holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Services & Delivery Times

  • UK: Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is not a guaranteed next-day service, but most orders arrive the following working day.

  • USA: Orders ship domestically from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • Europe: 2–10 business days.

  • Rest of World: 4–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs or courier delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free worldwide for purchases of more than ÂŁ70 or US$100


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • UK: VAT is included.

  • USA: Orders ship domestically, so no import duties apply.

  • EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: We ship to these destinations on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means we pay the applicable VAT/GST and import duties on your behalf. These charges are therefore not shown separately at checkout, and you should not be charged additional import tax, duty or handling fees on delivery.

  • Rest of World: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Issues

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.

  • However, if your order is lost in transit or does not arrive, we will replace it at no extra cost once the issue is confirmed with the courier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@submarinepickup.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Restricted Destinations

We currently ship worldwide except to a small number of restricted countries due to courier or legal limitations. These will be listed at checkout.
