How long does it take to process a refund?

All returns are inspected (usually on Fridays) for condition and cosmetic marks. If everything is in good order, we’ll initiate the refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after inspection, though your bank or card provider may take longer to release the funds.
