2. Eligibility

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your country of residence.


3. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit sales in certain regions where shipping is not supported.

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.


4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in GBP (or your selected currency, where supported).

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay/Afterpay.

  • For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

  • For customers in the USA, orders are fulfilled domestically and do not incur import duties.


5. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide except to certain restricted countries (details available at checkout).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is shipped.


6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Warranty & Returns Policy, available here.

In summary:

  • We offer a 60-day return window for items in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.


7. Warranty

All products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse, accidental damage, or modifications are not covered.


8. Liability for Guitar & Audio Equipment Damage

Submarine Pickups are designed to be removable and non-destructive. When installed and used as instructed, they should not cause damage to your instrument or audio equipment.

However, because every setup is different, Leviathan Instruments Limited cannot be held responsible for any cosmetic, structural, or functional damage to guitars, amplifiers, pedals, mixers, or other audio equipment resulting from the installation, removal, or use of our pickups.

By purchasing and installing our products, you accept that installation and use are at your own risk. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a qualified guitar technician or audio professional.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Leviathan Instruments Limited and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

If we offer software in the future, its use will be governed by additional licence terms provided at the time of download.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
