Can I send my pickup for repair if it’s faulty?

Yes – if your Submarine Pickup develops a fault that can’t be resolved through normal troubleshooting, we can arrange a repair. In many cases, repairs can be completed quickly without the need to replace the whole unit.

  • Warranty repairs – If your pickup is within the 1-year warranty, please contact support first. We’ll confirm whether the issue is covered and guide you through the next steps.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs – For older pickups, affordable repair options are available. In some cases, replacement parts such as nano-suction pads, cables, or the Submarine Switchboard repair kit may solve the issue without sending the pickup back.
  • No need to be without your pickup – Where possible, we provide parts and instructions for customer repair, so you don’t have to ship the unit away.
