If your pickup is faulty or damaged – Please contact support@submarinepickup.com
first. Most issues can be solved quickly without a return.

If you’re returning for any other reason – Log in to your account on our website and request a return. Once approved:

UK customers – Send returns to our UK headquarters.

US customers – Send returns to our US warehouse to save time and shipping costs.

Customers outside the UK and US – Send returns to our UK headquarters. Please mark Return/Refund on the customs form — otherwise the package will be refused.

The package is your responsibility, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service. We cannot accept liability for lost packages.

All returned pickups are inspected (usually on Fridays) for condition and cosmetic marks. If everything is in good order, we’ll initiate the refund. Refunds are typically issued 5–7 business days after receipt, though your bank may take longer to process them.
