Refund policy

Warranty

All Submarine Pickups and accessories come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem within this period, contact us at support@submarinepickup.com and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.

Issues caused by misuse, modification, or accidental damage are not covered under warranty. If your pickup is out of warranty, we may still be able to help with a paid repair or replacement parts.

Returns

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or decide the pickup isn’t right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund using the returns portal on our support page.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Returns are usually inspected on Fridays; once approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank).

B-Stock
B-stock items are non-returnable and are not covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. They may show cosmetic wear, have opened or imperfect packaging, or include other minor non-functional issues as described on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, B-stock items remain covered by our standard warranty against functional defects, but cosmetic issues and any faults or imperfections described at the time of sale are excluded from warranty coverage.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your pickup for a refund within 60 days and place a new order for the model you want. This ensures you get the correct item quickly and avoids delays.
