All our products come with a one year warranty, so if something isn't right, be sure to let our support team know via support@submarinepickup.com. If it's out of warranty and we can help, we will. And here the longer version

1. Warranty Coverage At Submarine Pickups, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.

2. Warranty Period This warranty is valid for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

3. Warranty Service Options If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Submarine Pickups will, at its option: Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts, or Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or Refund the original purchase price, less any discounts or promotions applied. The decision between repair, replacement, or refund will be made by Submarine Pickups.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim To file a warranty claim, follow these steps: Contact us and provide your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos of the defect. Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions on the next steps. If necessary, we may ask you to return the product for inspection or repair.

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims During the first 6 months of the warranty period, Submarine Pickups will cover all shipping costs associated with approved warranty claims. After 6 months, customers may be responsible for shipping the product back to Submarine Pickups for inspection or repair.

6. Exclusions and Limitations This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised persons. Minor cosmetic imperfections, including normal wear and tear.

7. State-Specific Rights This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
